Orion Lighting System
Light has become a major factor in today's poultry management. Now with New Orion LED 14w System.
This type of lamp is uniguely destigned for lighting animals on the ground with white light up to 20+ Lux uniformly.
GASOLEC UK supplies its light system exactly to the specification of the animal. The use of LED gives the farmer the opportunity to save money.

A simple calculation proofs that the use of the Gasolec light System leads to a energy saving compared with standard incandescent lamps. Compared with fluorescent lamps the energy saving is important (All comparisons are based on equal light intensity per sq.m.)
Red Light
This monochromatic light produces a light intensity of about 650 Lumen. The energy delivery of this lamp is very low.
Layers
Layers become more quite
Less mortality
Blue Light
This monochromatic light produces a light intensity of about 300 Lumen. The energy delivery of this lamp is very high
Turkeys/Broilers 2end phase
Animals become more quiet
More body weight
Green Light
This monochromatic light produces a light intensity of about 1200 Lumen. The energy delivery of this lamp is very low.
Broilers/Turkeys 1st phase:
Animals become more quiet
Less mortality
More body weight
Lower feed conversion
The VL System
The GASOLEC Orion adapter. In combination with the special silicon fitting and the PCP cable, can be cleaned easily. However the sealing between lamp cover and adapter, is not 100% water resistance. We therefore advise to remove lamp with adapter before cleaning the poultry house with a high pressure water pump.
After cleaning wait for 24 hours to make sure that the system is completely dry, before switching on the system again.
The VL System
This system consists of a water tight fitting complete with a screw on type lamp cover. This system is completely watertight, and it enables you to clean the poultry house by using a high-pressure water pump.
Safety
It is recommended to switch of the light system during cleaning periods.
General
We recommended to install a simple switch in front of each line of lamps in all poultry houses. We also advise you to install the dimmer unit on a separate electrical group.
